What happens when the free plan runs out?
At 300 impressions the game page stops rendering and sends shoppers straight to your destination product page instead. Your ads keep converting, and the game just pauses until the counter resets on the 1st of the month, or until you upgrade.
Do I pay more if my traffic spikes?
No. Every paid plan has unlimited impressions, so a Black Friday spike costs exactly the same as a quiet Tuesday. Plans differ by features, not volume.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Shopify's own billing page inside your admin. Downgrades to the free plan take effect at the end of the paid cycle, so you keep what you paid for.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed yearly at two months off, and you can switch between monthly and yearly on the plan page.
Do development stores pay?
Never. Development stores get every feature free so you and your agency can build and test before going live.
